Chicken Supreme Recipe
- 1 pkg. chicken breasts or possibly 1 cut up chicken
- 2 c. instant rice, uncooked
- 1 env. dry onion soup mix
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken or possibly celery soup
- 1 can water
- Arrange uncooked rice in greased 9 x 13 baking pan.
- Place chicken on top of rice.
- Sprinkle dry soup mix proportionately over chicken.
- Combine canned soups and water in saucepan and heat on stove.
- Pour soup sauce over chicken and rice in baking pan.
- Wrap in foil.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hrs without removing cover.
