Spicy tomato quinoa

  1. Fry the onions until brown.
  2. While they're frying, boil the quinoa if not ready cooked.
  3. Add the chopped up mushrooms and tomatoes and fry until softened.
  4. Once the quinoa is boiled, drain & add to the frying pan.
  5. Fry all together until all mixed up.
  6. Add the tomato paste & spices, and fry until all hot.
  7. And any herbs, salt, pepper to taste.
  8. Enjoy!
