Pork in a Biscuit
- 1 can (16.3 oz.) refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
- 1 pkg. (11.5 oz.) OSCAR MAYER CARVING BOARD Hickory Smoked Seasoned Pulled Pork
- 1/2 cup apricot preserves
- 1 Granny Smith apple, cut into 16 slices
- 4 KRAFT Slim Cut Sharp Cheddar Cheese Slices, cut in half
- Bake biscuits as directed on package.
- Heat meat as directed on package.
- Split biscuits.
- Spread preserves onto cut sides of biscuit tops.
- Fill biscuits with meat, apples and cheese.
