Rhubarb-Sauce
- 8 cups rhubarb
- 34 cup strawberry slices
- 13 ounce sugar-free strawberry gelatin
- 12 Splenda quick packs
- Cut 1lb of rhubarb into chunks.
- Cut strawberries into quarters.
- Boil rhubarb, adding jello and splenda packets.
- Stir occasionally.
- Heat on low for about 25 minutes.
