Delicious Chinese Style Rice Bowl

  1. Cut the vegetables into suitable pieces, and bring to room temperature.
  2. Slice the pork into bite size pieces.
  3. Rub the ingredients marked as into the pork and bring to the room temperature.
  4. Mix the ingredients for the soup.
  5. Heat vegetable oil (not listed) and the ginger to a pan.
  6. Stir fry the pork and when the colour changes to white, add the harder vegetables (carrot) first, then soft ones.
  7. When they are coated in oil, add the soup.
  8. Bring to a boil, and add the quail eggs.
  9. Check the soup flavour, and add salt and pepper if necessary.
  10. Pour in the katakuriko dissolved in water.
  11. When it has thickened, drizzle sesame oil evenly in the pan.
  12. Done!
