Apple Yogurt Bars
- 1 cup quick-cooking rolled oats
- 34 cup flour
- 14 cup light brown sugar
- 12 cup unsalted butter
- 12 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 apple
- 2 tablespoons wheat germ
- Cut together the oats, flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, and butter to a crumbly texture.
- Mix together the egg, yogurt, sugar, and 2 T flour.
- Peel, core, and grate apple into yogurt mixture.
- Press half the oat mixutre into an 8" square baking pan, top with yogurt mix, then the other half of the oat mixture.
- Sprinkle with wheat germ and bake at 350 degrees 30 minutes or until done.
