Ranch & Garlic Roast Chicken
- 2 chicken breasts; bone-in
- 1 envelope dried ranch seasoning
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 3/4 tsp onion powder
- 3/4 tsp dried minced onions
- 1/2 tsp ground white pepper
- 1 kosher salt; as needed
- 1 EVOO; as needed
- Coat chicken breasts with enough oil to cover.
- Season with everything except salt.
- Marinate for 4-48 hours
- Gently pat a little bit of olive oil on the chicken.
- Add salt.
- Bake at 350 for approximately 45 minutes or until thermometer reaches 165
