Oriental Vegetable Stew

  1. In a large skillet, brown stew meat sprinkled with !

  3. In a large bowl, combine vegetables, soup, consomme, sweet and sour sauce, beef seasoning, and 1 cup of water.
  4. Pour over stew meat and stir well.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours.
