'Merica Smoothie
- 1/2 cup Cranberry Juice
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 3 oz Lemon greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 6 oz Lemon greek yogurt
- 1 few ice cubes
- 1/2 cup Cranberry Juice
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- 1/2 cup frozen cherries
- 3 oz Lemon greek yogurt
- For the blue layer combine juice, blueberries, yogurt, honey and ice in blender.
- Pour 1/3 of the way into 2 or 3 glasses.
- Put in the freezer for 10 minutes.
- For the white layer rinse out the blender and combine yogurt, milk and ice.
- Pour 1/3 over blue layer.
- Return to the freezer for 10 more minutes.
- For the red layer combine juice, strawberries, cherries, yogurt, honey and ice in blender.
- Pour 1/3 over white layer and serve.
- OR you can put it back in the freezer for 10 minutes so the last layer has time to "set".
