Grilled Chicken and Peaches
- 1 cup prepared
- 1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breast halves
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 cup molasses
- 4 ripe peaches, halved, pitted
- Pour dressing over chicken; cover.
- Refrigerate 1 hour to marinate.
- Drain; discard dressing.
- Place chicken on greased grill over medium coals.
- Grill 8 minutes on each side or until cooked through.
- Mix vinegar and molasses in small bowl.
- Brush cut sides of peach halves with vinegar mixture.
- Place on grill during last 6 minutes of chicken grilling time.
- Grill 6 minutes, turning and brushing with additional vinegar mixture.
- Slice peaches; spoon over chicken on serving platter.
- Pour any remaining vinegar mixture over chicken and peaches.
