New Orleans-Style Maple-Bacon Pralines

  1. Cook bacon in skillet on medium heat 12 min.
  2. or until crisp, stirring frequently; drain on paper towels.
  3. Meanwhile, cook next 5 ingredients in large saucepan on medium heat 15 min.
  4. or until temperature reaches 239 degrees F (soft-ball stage) on candy thermometer, stirring occasionally.
  5. Remove from heat.
  6. Stir in bacon, nuts and cinnamon.
  7. Immediately pour onto baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray; refrigerate 10 min.
  8. or until firm.
  9. Break into bite-size pieces.
