Tofu and Avocado Salad

  1. Halve the avocado and cut into 1 cm slices.
  2. Cut the tofu into 1 cm slices.
  3. Tofu should be about same width and height with the avocado.
  4. Drain the water out from the tofu.
  5. Wrap the tofu with paper towels and microwave for 1 minute on high.
  6. Sprinkle lemon juice over the avocado to avoid discoloration.
  7. Layer alternating slices of tofu and avocado.
  8. Serve the wasabi soy sauce on the side.
  9. Done!
  10. I arranged the sprouts around the tofu and avocado in this picture.
  11. Here's a little bonus tips: if you have leftover avocado, please try this.
  12. Put the avocado on top of warm rice.
  13. Smash the avocado and drizzle on a bit of soy sauce.
  14. Wrap them with nori and eat it!
  15. It's so good!
  16. It's just like eating an egg!
