Tofu and Avocado Salad
- 1/2 block Firm tofu
- 1 Avocado
- 1 dash Lemon juice
- 1 Soy sauce
- 1 dash Wasabi
- Halve the avocado and cut into 1 cm slices.
- Cut the tofu into 1 cm slices.
- Tofu should be about same width and height with the avocado.
- Drain the water out from the tofu.
- Wrap the tofu with paper towels and microwave for 1 minute on high.
- Sprinkle lemon juice over the avocado to avoid discoloration.
- Layer alternating slices of tofu and avocado.
- Serve the wasabi soy sauce on the side.
- Done!

- Here's a little bonus tips: if you have leftover avocado, please try this.
- Put the avocado on top of warm rice.
- Smash the avocado and drizzle on a bit of soy sauce.
- Wrap them with nori and eat it!
- It's so good!
