Uncle Sams Pitas
- 1- 1/2 pound Deli Turkey Meat Cubed
- 3/4 cups Cucumber, Cubed
- 1 whole Tomato, Seeded And Cubed
- 1/4 whole Small Onion, Diced (or 3 Green Onions, Diced)
- 1/4 cups Blue Cheese Dressing
- 4 whole Pitas
- Add turkey, cucumber, tomato, and onion into a large bowl.
- Add the dressing and gently toss everything together.
- Slit the pitas and open the pockets.
- Stuff the salad into the open pockets.
- Enjoy!
