Quinoa pudding

• 1/2 cup cooked quinoa
• 4 tbsp cool whip
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• 1 tbsp raisins
• 1 packages stevia sweetener

1. mix all ingredients together, saving one tbsp cool whip
2. put in serving dish
3. add tbsp of cool whip on top and serve
