Mexicano Cocktail
- Flesh from 1 1/2 pound yellow watermelon, seeded and cut into chunks
- 6 ounces aged blue Agave tequila
- 6 cubes ice, crushed
- 1 cup water, or to taste
- 6 sprigs fresh mint, for garnish
- 6 small spears red watermelon, for garnish
- In a blender, combine watermelon chunks, tequila, ice, and water.
- Blend until smooth and immediately pour into chilled stem glasses.
- Garnish each glass with a sprig of mint and a red watermelon spear.
