Tuna Fish Salad Adapted for Oz
- 1 (185 g) can chunk tuna, drained and mashed
- 1 cup mayonnaise (Hellmans or Best or S & W)
- 34 cup finely chopped celery
- 2 finely sliced scallions (green or spring onions)
- 2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
- 1 tablespoon american mustard
- 2 tablespoons gherkin relish (pickle)
- salt and pepper
- Salt and pepper the chopped eggs.
- Using a fork combine all ingredients well.
- Place, covered, in refrigerator to chill.
