Balsamic Mushrooms

  1. Heat oil in skillet over med-hi heat.
  2. Add mushrooms and cook until golden brown, about 5 minutes.
  3. Stir in vinegar, salt & red-pepper flakes, and season with pepper.
  4. Cook 1 minute more.
  5. Transfer to a bowl and serve!
