Roasted Garlic Pork Ribs
- 2 tbsp of Garlic paste (3 if you like it extra Garlicky)
- 3 tbsp fresh Lemon juice
- 1 tsp sea salt ( or none if you want little salt as the garlic paste already has some salt)
- 2 whole rack of pork ribs
- 1 dash of chili powder (it is optional)
- Cut the pork ribs in half and place in a bowl.
- Add all the ingredients and coat well.
- Leave to marinade for 3 + hours or overnight in the fridge.
- Preheat the oven to 150 Celsius
- Place ribs on a racked tray and cook on low temperature for 70-80 minutes.
- (times vary depending on your oven settings)
- For the off the bone meat: cover from the start with foil and cook on low for 3-4 hours.
