Cheesy Veggie Soup

  1. In large pan melt butter, add celery, carrots, and onion.
  2. Cook on medium heat 10 minutes.
  3. Add water and bouillon.
  4. Bring to a boil.
  5. Cover and simmer 20 minutes.
  6. Stir in instant potato.
  7. Slowly add milk and cheese, stirring constantly until cheese is melted.
