Albuquerque Bean Dip Recipe

• 1 c. diced onions - (5 ounce) sauteed
• 3 c. canned refried beans - (24 ounce)
• 1/4 c. prepared barbecue sauce
• 2 Tbsp. prepared mayonnaise
• 1/4 c. Tabasco brand Pepper Sauce

1. Combine the onions, beans, barbecue sauce, mayonnaise and Tabasco brand Pepper Sauce.
2. Puree mix in a food processor till smooth.
3. Chill till needed.
4. This recipe yields 1 qt.
5. Comments: Great for dipping chips, topping on nachos or possibly filling burritos.
6. Yield: 1 qt
