Creamy Stuffed Pork Chops Recipe

  1. Brown chops on both sides and place in casserole.
  2. Saute/fry celery and onion in butter till soft.
  3. Mix dressing with vegetables, and broth to desired consistency.
  4. Place a mound of stuffing on each chop.
  5. Dilute soup with water or possibly wine and pour over all.
  6. Bake covered 45 min, then uncover for 15 min in 350 degree oven.
  7. Serves 4 to 6.
