JELL-O Kick-Off Cake

  1. Reserve 1 cup cookie crumbs for garnish.
  2. Mix remaining crumbs and margarine in 13x9-inch dish; press onto bottom of dish.
  3. Refrigerate until ready to use.
  4. Add boiling water to jelly powder in large bowl; stir with whisk 2 min.
  5. until completely dissolved.
  6. Add ice cream; stir until completely melted.
  7. Stir in Cool Whip; pour over crust.
  8. Refrigerate 2 hours or until firm.
  9. Spoon reserved cookie crumbs into football shape on top of dessert.
  10. Use decorating icing to draw laces on football.
