Spicy Shrimps Fry

  1. Mix ginger-garlic paste, lemon juice, salt & all the powders.
  2. Chop the curry leaves & add it.
  3. Mix & make a fine paste.
  4. Add little water if needed.
  5. Apply the paste on both sides of the shrimps.
  6. Marinate it for 30 minutes.
  7. Heat oil in a pan.
  8. Fry the shrimps according to your wish.
  9. I suggest shallow frying.
