Thyme in a bottle

• 750 ml olive oil, extra virgin
• 1 oz thyme
• 1 sterilized bottle one fifth or 750 ml
• 1 food grade funnel
• 1 chopstick

1. In a clean bottle add tyme stuff it in deep use a chopstick to push it down
2. In a pot add oil heat for about 2 minutes
3. Use a funnel put in bottle top
4. carefully pour oil into bottle with the funnel covering all the thyme
