Barbecued Beans Recipe
- 1 pound bacon, cut up and fried
- 1 1/2 pound grnd chuck
- 2 (15 ounce.) cans white navy beans (liquid removed)
- 1 (16 ounce.) can pork and beans
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1 c. barbecue sauce
- 1 envelope onion soup mix
- Brown meat, drain fat.
- Combine with bacon, mix beans, brown sugar, barbecue sauce and onion.
- Mix.
- Pour into 2 1/2-qt casserole.
- Cover.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
- NOTE: You can saute/fry a large onion instead of soup mix if you do not like soup mix flavor.
