Hot Crabmeat Appetizer Recipe
- 1 (8 ounce.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 (6 1/2 ounce.) can crabmeat, flaked
- 2 tbsp. finely minced onion
- 1 tbsp. lowfat milk
- 1/2 teaspoon creamy horseradish
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Dash of pepper
- 1/3 c. sliced almonds, toasted
- Combine all ingredients except almonds, mixing till well blended.
- Sprinkle with almonds.
- Bake 15 min at 375 degrees.
- Serve warm with cool crisp pcs of raw vegetables.
- Especially good with crisp cool cauliflower.
