Ortensia
- Ice
- 1 ounce blended Scotch
- 1 ounce Punt e Mes or other sweet vermouth
- 1 ounce Aperol (bitter orange aperitif)
- 1 orange twist
- Fill a pint glass with ice.
- Add all of the remaining ingredients except the twist and stir well.
- Strain the drink into an ice-filled rocks glass and garnish with the orange twist.
