MZ - Ham & Peas pasta

  1. Start preparing the boiling water for the pasta.
  2. In a separate pan, cover the surface of the pan with the oil and in a soft heat make sure is hot.
  3. Once hot, add the onion, previously thinly cop.
  4. Cook for few minute and add the ham.
  5. The ham need to be in rectangular small pieces.
  6. Cook for few more minutes but do not make the onion burn.
  7. Add the frozen peas and wait ntil they get soft.
  8. At this point add the butter.
  9. Menawhile on the side the water is boiling and add about a spoon of salt in the water and add the pasta.
  10. In the sauce, when the butter is melted and migled well with all the ingrediens, pout the cream.
  11. Cook few minutes and add salt & pepper as you like and the saffron too.
  12. The pasta should be ready now.
  13. Eliminate the water and blend the pasta with the sauce.
  14. Job done.
