Apple Apeel's Recipe

  1. Preheat oven to 425 F. Spray a 9x13 cookie sheet with a rim with butter-flavored cooking spray.
  2. Pat rolls in pan being sure to seal perforations.
  3. Bake 6-8 mins.
  4. or possibly til light golden.
  5. Cold on wire rack.
  6. In medium pan combine:pudding mix, dry jello and water.
  7. Add in apples and 1 teaspoon cinnamon.
  8. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mix comes to a boil.
  9. Remove from heat.
  10. Cold 15 mins.
  11. Meanwhile, in medium bowl combine cream cheese, sugar sub and 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon.
  12. spread proportionately over cooled crust.
  13. spread cooled apple mix proportionately over top of cream cheese.
  14. Refrigerateabout 2 hours.
  15. Cut into 16 squares.

  17. 1/4 c. raisins can be added with apples
  18. Serves 16.Diabetic: 1 starch, 1/2 fat
