Chicken & Chickpea Tagine

  1. Cook chicken and onions in hot oil in large skillet on medium heat 5 min., turning chicken and stirring onions after 3 min.
  2. Add next 3 ingredients; cook and stir 1 min.
  3. Stir in all remaining ingredients except couscous; bring just to boil.
  4. Simmer on medium-low heat 25 min.
  5. or until chicken is done (170 degrees F).
  6. Meanwhile, cook couscous as directed on package.
  7. Serve chicken mixture spooned over couscous.
