Breakfast Scramble

  1. heat the oil in a skillet.
  2. Add the sausage, onion and garlic and fry until browned.
  3. Add the tofu, tomato, turmeric, and garlic salt and saute for 5 minutes.
  4. Add green onions during last minute of cooking.
  5. no more and then.
