Quick Pumpkin Cookies W/ White Choco-Chips & Cranberries

  1. Pre-heat the oven to 350 degrees, and line a pan with either parchment paper or non-sticking spray.
  2. In a large bowl combine flour, salt, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
  3. In a separate bowl mix together butter, vanilla extract, pumpkin puree, white sugar, and brown sugar.
  4. Stir the flour mixture in gradually until well incorporated.
  5. Stir in the white chips and cranberries.
  6. Drop in rounded spoonfuls onto baking sheet approximately 2-inches apart.
  7. Bake for 15-18 minutes until edges are firm.
  8. Once done remove and serve.
