Lemon Rosemary Marinated Goat Cheese

  1. Combine lemon zest, rosemary, and olive oil.
  2. Place goat cheese in a baking dish or on a large plate and spoon marinade over the top.
  3. Season with gray salt and pepper.
  4. Refrigerate and let marinate.
