Sweet Hoisin Country Style Ribs
- 3- 1/2 pounds Pork Country Style Ribs
- 6 pieces Chopped Green Onions
- 1/4 cups Reduced Sodium Soy Sauce
- 1/4 cups Molasses
- 2 Tablespoons Hoisin Sauce
- 2 Tablespoons Brown Sugar
- 2 Tablespoons White Wine Vinegar
- 2 teaspoons Toasted Sesame Oil
- 2 teaspoons Lemon Juice
- 1/2 teaspoons Bottled Hot Pepper Sauce
- 1/2 teaspoons Ground Ginger
- 1/2 teaspoons Garlic Powder
- 1/2 teaspoons Chili Powder
- 1/4 teaspoons Ground Red Pepper
- 1/4 teaspoons Ground Black Pepper
- 2 cups Hot, Cooked Rice To Serve
- Place ribs in a 4-quart slow cooker.
- For the sauce, combine all remaining ingredients except rice and mix well.
- Pour over the ribs, making sure to coat all sides of the ribs.
- Cover and cook on low for 8 to 10 hours or on high for 4 to 5 hours.
- Serve strained sauce over meat and rice.
