Tiramisu

  1. Combine cold water, condensed milk and pudding mix in a large bowl; stir well with a whisk.
  2. Cover with plastic wrap and chill about 30 minutes until firm.
  3. Remove plastic wrap and add cream cheese.
  4. Beat with a mixer until well blended.
  5. Fold in whipped topping.
  6. Combine hot water, Kahlua and espresso.
  7. Arrange 16 ladyfinger halves, flat side down, in a large glass bowl.
  8. Drizzle with 1/2 cup (125 ml) Kahlua mixture.
  9. Spread one-third of pudding mixture over ladyfingers, and sprinkle with 1 T cocoa.
  10. Repeat layers two more times, ending with cocoa.
  11. Cover and chill at least 8 hrs.
