Mexican Burger
- 1 lb ground beef
- 12 cup crushed corn chips
- 13 cup evaporated milk
- 2 tablespoons minced onions
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- Thoroughly mix the ground beef, chips, milk, onion and Worcestershire sauce with a wooden spoon.
- Shape into 4 patties.
- Grill on charcoal or a gas grill for about 5 minutes per side or until nicely browned and cooked through.
- Turn once.
- Top with Guacamole and a nice toasted bun.
