Heart-Shaped Cheese and Tomato Pizza
- 1/2 cup warm water (105 degrees F to 115 degrees F)
- 1 tsp. yeast
- 1/2 tsp. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil, divided
- 1-1/4 cups flour
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 cup CLASSICO Traditional Pizza Sauce
- 1 cup KRAFT Shredded Italian* Five Cheese Blend
- 2 plum tomatoes, sliced
- 1/4 tsp. chili flakes
- 2 tsp. fresh oregano leaves
- Add warm water to combined yeast, sugar and 2 tsp.
- oil in large bowl; stir.
- Let stand 5 min.
- Process flour and salt in food processor until blended.
- Use pulsing action to gradually add yeast mixture through feed tube.
- Process 1 min.
- or until dough turns into ball and is sticky.
- Place on work surface lightly sprinkled with flour.
- Knead dough until smooth and elastic; shape into ball.
- Place in separate large bowl sprayed with cooking spray; turn dough over.
- Cover with plastic wrap.
- Let rise in warm place 1 hour or until doubled in volume.
- Heat oven to 400 degrees F. Shape dough into heart shape on parchment-covered baking sheet.
- Brush with remaining oil.
- Spread with pizza sauce; sprinkle with cheese.
- Top with tomato slices and chili flakes.
- Bake 15 to 20 min.
- or until crust is golden brown and cheese is melted.
- Top with oregano.
