Heart-Shaped Cheese and Tomato Pizza

  1. Add warm water to combined yeast, sugar and 2 tsp.
  2. oil in large bowl; stir.
  3. Let stand 5 min.
  4. Process flour and salt in food processor until blended.
  5. Use pulsing action to gradually add yeast mixture through feed tube.
  6. Process 1 min.
  7. or until dough turns into ball and is sticky.
  8. Place on work surface lightly sprinkled with flour.
  9. Knead dough until smooth and elastic; shape into ball.
  10. Place in separate large bowl sprayed with cooking spray; turn dough over.
  11. Cover with plastic wrap.
  12. Let rise in warm place 1 hour or until doubled in volume.
  13. Heat oven to 400 degrees F. Shape dough into heart shape on parchment-covered baking sheet.
  14. Brush with remaining oil.
  15. Spread with pizza sauce; sprinkle with cheese.
  16. Top with tomato slices and chili flakes.
  17. Bake 15 to 20 min.
  18. or until crust is golden brown and cheese is melted.
  19. Top with oregano.
