Apricot Jello Recipe
- 2 pkt (3 ounce.) apricot Jello
- 2/3 c. Sugar
- 1 c. Warm water
- 1 pkt (8 ounce.) cream cheese, softened
- 1 can (20 Ounce.) Crushed Pineapple, undrained
- 2 jar , (Large) Apricot Baby Food
- 12 ounce Cold Whip
- 8 ounce Cold Whip , for frosting/opt.
- Mix Jello, sugar, and water.
- Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
- Mix cream cheese and pineapple together, then add in apricot baby food.
- Let first mix cold to room temperature and add in to apricot mix.
- Mix in Cold Whip and pour into 12 x 8 inch dish.
- May frost with Cold Whip if you like.
