Jiffy Hamburger Meat Roll

  1. Preheat oven to 400.
  2. Brown hamburger, onion,and green pepper together.
  3. Drain.
  4. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Let cool.
  6. Make a dough by using the Jiffy baking mix and milk.
  7. Firm enough to roll.
  8. You can also use homemade biscuit dough to make a dozen.
  9. On a well floured surface, roll dough to a 9 x 12 rectangle.
  10. Spread cooled meat mixture over the roll out dough.
  11. Roll the dough and meat jelly roll style.
  12. Score the top with a knife so stream can escape.
  13. Bake at 400 for twenty minutes.
  14. Slice and serve with either hamburger gravy, tomato sauce or mushroom soup as a sauce.
