Swiss 'n' Cheddar Broccoli Soup

  1. In a large saucepan, combine 3 cups water nd bouillon; heat until bouillon is dissolved.
  2. Add broccoli; cover and cook over low heat until tender, about 8 minutes.
  3. Stir in milk, salt, pepper and nutmeg.
  4. Combine flour and remaining water, stir into soup.
  5. Cook and stir over medium heat for 3 minutes or until thick and bubbly.
  6. Remove from the heat.
  7. Add the cheeses; stir until melted.
  8. YIELD: 8 servings (2 quarts)
