Quesadillas with Left-Over Meat/Chicken (Awesome Sauce)

  1. Combine the first 9 ingredients and stir until smooth.
  2. To make Quesadillas:
  3. Preheat skillet over medium heat.
  4. Lay tortilla into hot skillet and sprinkle half a side with about 1/2 cup shredded cheese.
  5. Add 1/4 cup chopped meat/chicken.
  6. Spread about 1 Tablespoon of the sauce on the empty side of the tortilla.
  7. Fold the tortilla side that has the sauce on over the cheese and meat side.
  8. Cook until the cheese gets melty.
  9. Carefully turn with a spatula and cook the other side for about a minute or so, just to crisp the tortilla up a little.
  10. Cut into 4 wedges and enjoy.
  11. Repeat the process with the remaining tortillas.
