For Adult Bentos: Mentaiko Tamagoyaki (Rolled Omelette)

  1. Finely chop the shiso leaves and mix with the mentaiko.
  2. Combine the egg with the mayonnaise and mirin and mix very well.
  3. Spread some oil thinly in a small tamagoyaki pan, pour in the egg mixture, and add the mentaiko-shiso mixture.
  4. When the egg firms up, roll it up.
  5. Finished!
  6. The egg is soft, so cut carefully.
