Peach and Mango Bavarois

  1. DISSOLVE jelly crystals in boiling water in a large bowl, and allow to just cool.
  2. Add milk and chill for 10 minutes.
  3. VIGOROUSLY whisk the mixture until foamy then fold in PHILLY.
  4. DIVIDE peaches between 4 serving glasses or bowls and spoon over the PHILLY mixture.
  5. Refrigerate until set.
  6. Decorate with berries to serve.
