Peach and Mango Bavarois
- 85 g packet mango jelly crystals Whole Foods 2 ea For $4.00 thru 02/09
- 1/3 cup boiling water
- 1/2 cup milk
- 250 ml PHILADELPHIA Cream For Desserts, double cream alternative
- 1 cup peach slices
- berries, for decoration
- DISSOLVE jelly crystals in boiling water in a large bowl, and allow to just cool.
- Add milk and chill for 10 minutes.
- VIGOROUSLY whisk the mixture until foamy then fold in PHILLY.
- DIVIDE peaches between 4 serving glasses or bowls and spoon over the PHILLY mixture.
- Refrigerate until set.
- Decorate with berries to serve.
