Corndog Muffins
- 2 box corn muffin mix
- 1 eggs needed for mix
- 1 water needed for mix
- 1 tbsp melted butter
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp mustard - your choice
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic salt
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese - optional
- 1 packages hotdogs/polish sausage/ect.
- 1 cooking spray/butter
- 1 muffin tray and preheated oven to 400 degrees
- prepare corn muffin mix according to directions.
- rinse, dry, and cut hotdogs down middle length wise.
- cut each split hotdog into thirds.
- spray/butter muffin tin
- place large spoonful of muffin mix into each muffin well.
- add 2-3 pieces of cut hotdog to each well.
- top with 1/2 spoonfull of muffin mix completely.
- use more mix if needed.
- bake 15-20 minutes.
- checking after 10 minutes for desired finish.
