Crock-Pot Beef Stew
- 1 lb beef, cut into cubes
- 3 potatoes, peeled and cut into chunks
- 3 carrots, cut into chunks
- 3 stalks celery, sliced
- 1 (8 ounce) carton mushrooms, halved
- 1 small onion, cut into pieces
- 12 cup frozen corn
- 12 cup frozen peas
- 2 (10 3/4 ounce) cans beef broth
- 1 cup water
- 1 tablespoon Mrs. Dash seasoning mix
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 12 teaspoon black pepper
- 12 cup red wine
- 1 tablespoon flour
- In a crockpot, layer all ingredients except the flour.
- Cook on high for 5-6 hours.
- About 1 hour before serving, whisk the flour with 1/2 c of the stock from the stew, then stir it into the stew.
