Sour Dough Biscuits Or Sticky Buns Recipe

  1. Use plastic bowls and utensils.
  2. Soften yeast (1 pack dry) in 1/4 c. water.
  3. Stir in with plastic spoon (no metal), 1 c. lowfat milk, 1 c. unsifted flour and 1/4 c. sugar; stir well.
  4. Let ferment at room temperature for several hrs.
  5. Add in again 1 c. lowfat milk, 1 c. unsifted flour and 1/4 c. sugar, stirring with plastic spoon.
  6. When it bubbles second time, place in refrigerator overnight till ready for use.
