Sour Dough Biscuits Or Sticky Buns Recipe
- 1 c. sour dough
- 1/4 c. vegetable oil or possibly melted shortening
- 1 c. unsifted flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1/4 teaspoon soda
- Use plastic bowls and utensils.
- Soften yeast (1 pack dry) in 1/4 c. water.
- Stir in with plastic spoon (no metal), 1 c. lowfat milk, 1 c. unsifted flour and 1/4 c. sugar; stir well.
- Let ferment at room temperature for several hrs.
- Add in again 1 c. lowfat milk, 1 c. unsifted flour and 1/4 c. sugar, stirring with plastic spoon.
- When it bubbles second time, place in refrigerator overnight till ready for use.
