Oregon Blackberry Bar-B-Q Sauce

• 1 1/2 cups ripe blackberries (fresh or frozen)
• 1/4 cup clover honey
• 1/4 cup ketchup
• 1/4 cup light brown sugar
• 1/4 cup minced ginger
• 1 teaspoon black pepper
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon Tabasco

1. Blend all ingredients in a food processor till smooth.
2. Heat in saucepan till slightly thickened.
3. Mop on chicken or salmon during last few minutes of grilling.
4. Pass extra sauce for dipping.
