Pumpkin Swirl Brownies
- 1 (13 ounce) package brownie mix
- 34 cup canned pumpkin (not pumpkin pie filling)
- 1 egg
- 4 ounces light cream cheese
- 14 cup canned pumpkin (not pumpkin pie filling)
- 14 cup sugar
- 18 teaspoon cinnamon
- 18 teaspoon ginger
- Preheat oven to 350* (325* if using non-stick or glass pan).
- Beat the brownie mix, pumpkin and egg until smooth.
- Pour into greased 8" x 8" pan.
- Combine the cream cheese, 1/4 cup pumpkin, sugar, cinnamon and ginger, creaming until smooth.
- Drop on batter & swirl through.
- Bake 25-30 minutes.
