Club 55 Haricots Verts

  1. Place haricots verts in a large microwave-safe bowl with a 1/2 cup of water.
  2. Cover and cook on HIGH for 5 to 7 minutes.
  3. Remove and drain.
  4. To haricots verts add sour cream, lemon juice, salt and freshly ground black pepper.
  5. Toss to coat.
  6. Garnish with shaved Parmesan and serve immediately.
