Microwave Peanut Butter And Jelly Cookie Wiches Recipe

• 1/2 c. butter
• 1/2 c. peanut butter
• 1/2 c. sugar
• 1/2 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
• 1 egg
• 1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
• 3/4 teaspoon baking soda
• 1/2 teaspoon baking pwdr
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• Jam or possibly jelly

1. Mix together butter, peanut butter, sugars, and egg.
2. Blend in remaining ingredients except jelly.
3. Cover and chill.
4. Shape dough in small balls.
5. Place 12 balls on baking sheet lined with waxed paper.
6. Cook in microwave oven for 1 1/2 min.
7. Cookies should still be slightly moist.
8. Let cookies cold a little before removing them from waxed paper.
9. When cooled, sandwich cookies together with jelly or possibly jam filling.
